Absolutely unsatisfied. As soon as I took the tape measure out of its packaging and pulled the measuring portion out, it got stuck and would not go back in. Very very disappointed.

Needs course number!
I do like this tool. It has it purpose. The stick rule is better in two ways, one it doesn't have course numbers easy to hog a walls that way you gotta count them your self.... Fail.... Then the coarse size increments are only on one side of the tape, on a stick rule the lines goes from side to side so you can mark on either side of the ruler on this tape is only on the right side with actual tape measure measuring on the left side. Should be same as stick rule actual measurement on the back and brick spacing on the inside of tape. But would be nice with just the coursing numbers. Other than that it is a quick way to recheck hights.

Very low quality item.
I want it for a backyard project. I just received it, opened it to look inside and the tape doesn't retract. Now I need a box to keep it inside. This is very low quality item.

Flexes too easily.
Works fine but the tape itself could be a little sturdier, it's not great for measuring upwards as you won't get far before it folds over, especially if there's any breeze. We masons pay enough for these tapes so there's no need to cheap out on materials.
