Love it , taste good , small since & chewable .

You will notice baby hair within a week or so, you will also notice stronger nails. It tastes like berries :)

I have been taking these regularly now. Although they have a good taste, I don't see any improvement in my hair, skin or nails.

We have reordered this product 4 times now because it really works and there are a large amount of pills for the money. My wife and I take it daily and it helps our hair grow and our nails to be stronger. We will only be changing where and what brand we get now because our insurance has changed and we get a quarterly allowance to get these free now.
