Question 1

Could someone tell me what "cnt" and "t.cnt" mean on the lcd monitor? thanks.

Accepted Answer

Hi! My name is Jasmine and I am with Beyond Med Shop. CNT is the count per cycle and T.CNT is the total number of cycle counts recorded. I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to contact us at cs@beyondmedshop.com if you require further assistance.

Question 2

Does this move from side to side when in use?

Accepted Answer

Hi, my name is Tina and I am with Beyond Med Shop. Please bear in mind that the exerciser is meant for gentle exercise for physiotherapy, and not vigorous exercise to get your heart rate up. Pedaling it too vigorously will cause it to slide and move from side to side.

For your information, a strap is also provided with the exerciser. You can use this to strap the exerciser to the chair - thus preventing it from slipping and sliding while you are using it.

I hope this clarifies your question. Please do not hesitate to contact us again at 832-939-8290 or email us at cs@beyondmedshop.com if you require any further assistance.

Question 3

Is it quiet enough to use in an open office environment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I believe the Vaunn Pedal Exerciser is quiet enough to use in an open office environment. However, it may be distracting for other reasons visually and one may feel silly. I like the product and think it is worth checking out. It’s not a big investment money wise and you can always send it back within a reasonable amount of time if it is not to your liking.

Question 4

Given my height is 5'3" how do I determine how far forward to place the device?

Accepted Answer

The device is very light--around 5-6 pounds--and lends itself well to how far away to place the device from one's chair, since it involves picking up the exerciser and manually placing it where one wants it; a trial-and-error kind of thing. I am tall (6'2") and like to stay back a bit. A 5'3" person might want to be a little closer, more on top. Once it is placed the device is very stable, especially if used on pile carpet.
