Is this 12 1.5 oz packages or is it 12 packages that each make 12 quarts???

Both questions are correct. There are 12 containers. Each container weighs 1.5 oz. Each container holds 6 "sleeves" of tea powder. Each sleeve makes 2 qts. All the sleeves in a single container will make 12 qts.

I only received 1 ten pack not six ten packs like I ordered and paid for how do I get my other five packs?

This just happen to me as well. Amazon resent the package and I got 1 10 pack again and then was finally refunded

The order I received had 12 containers with each container having 5 packs. Hope this helps. Note: I bought the flavor Orange which has only five packs in each container. Others have 6 packs in them.

The best flavor. Not too sweet.

My favorite flavour. Some others can be over powering or too sweet. This one is refreshing and not too sweet. I also don’t taste artificial sweetener at all!

I used to drink the regular version of this but when my doctor had me change my diet I switched to these since they don’t have cane sugar. I think they taste good. I will buy them again once I finish my stash at home. My kids even like it. They are more pricy than the traditional version so I would say an average deal is about $4 a box, even less would be a great steal.
