3 in 1 Padded Head Strap with Magnetic Power Bank Dock and Counter Balance for The Meta Quest 3

I feel as if this is almost a necessity when using the stock strap that comes with the Quest 2. The plastic adjusters on the back of the strap would always hurt the back of my head. I didn't want to have the bulkiness of something like an elite strap but the stock strap was very uncomfortable after longer use. This product is great as it fixes the comfort problem in the stock strap and actually helps to cup the back of my head more so the headset actually feels attached to my head. Of course, this is no elite strap as sometimes the headset does still wiggle a bit when I move my head around fast but that is not really a big issue for me. Tightening the stock strap with this on can also be a bit of a hassle sometimes so unless you share your Quest 2 with others often or don't mind readjusting it for each person every time then you should be fine. About the magnetic battery holder: I have used it once or twice in a few games as I constantly feel like my battery bank is going to fall off the back due to the magnets not being very strong. My battery bank is about the size of a smartphone for anyone wondering. Don't get me wrong, having that extra play time is great, I never went below 100% with mine plugged in, and the short USB C charging cable is a nice addition, but when the battery bank fell off once when I was taking the headset off I didn't want to out it back on incase it were to damage the port when the cable gets yanked out at an angle. Although having the battery bank as a counter weight works great, I find it more of a stress and don't use it very much, only in dire situations. Conclusion: If you're thinking about buying one of these for your stock strap then I highly reccomend it. It makes playing games alot more comfortable. Note: If you use over ear headphones and they sit on top of the stock strap they might not fit as well with this as before because with the added padding the strap isnt touching the side of your head anymore.

This is as described & expected, it does add some extra comfort vs the basic strap but in the end I opted for a strap replacement, which I’m more happy with.

To get straight to the point, this head strap is very good value for money, and makes the quest 2 far more comfortable than it is with the regular base head strap. Having a powerbank as a counterweight also helps to make the quest feel less front heavy and sit more comfortably on your face. I didnt use the magnet, and chose to simply use rubber bands, but the magnet and the included velcro strap can be quite useful, the fact that a short USB a to c cable is connected so you can plug in your powerbank off the bat is a plus too. The head strap is minimalistic and quick to attach and set up, most other quest 2 head straps are very "techy" and are quite bulky or rigid, this one is the best one I have tried, and the lowest price too. Honestly for how much it is, you are getting your money's worth, especially if you are currently using the quest 2 with the default head strap. Great comfort and value for money, what more can I say?

Guys, this is the dogs gonads!!!! It's super uber comfy, really does help with the normal strap and when you attach the battery, the weight distribution really helps. Obviously its a fantastic way to charge up without being plumbed into the mains! But the way it pulls the weight from the heavily loaded front section is awesome, really balancing. Oh, and if you are worried about the battery flinging off and the magnet not holding-dont be. Simple. It's super strong, but even has a small velcro strap to use if you want it doubly safe or it's heavy! So impressed 👏

It’s an add on the the strap - not a new strap. It’s very comfortable around your head but the magnets, although powerful, they’re not good enough for keeping on battery backs, unless the power banks are tiny (but then it’s pointless). Still works if you get some Velcro straps but these should come with it, they’re a much better option to magnets as you move your head a lot when playing certain VR games.

This is one of the best and cheapest upgrades you can get for a quest 3. It significantly improves the comfort of the stock headstrap and let's you rest the back of your head comfortably against a pillow or sofa which a bunch of expensive headstraps can't do (just don't attach a power bank to it). Before I got this I couldn't even use the quest 3 for more than 20-30 minutes without feeling pain but now I can use it for 2+ hours comfortably.

Easy to fit, with a weight it might help alleviate facial pressure.

The headstrap padding is very good quality, well padded providing excellent comfort. It is very convenient as the magnet is very strong and holds a power pack in place very well even during plenty of movement meaning no need to use cable ties or extra Velcro straps to hold it in place. The USB-C cable supplied is superb as it is just the right length so avoids any excess cable getting in the way. I find this much improves the comfort of the original headset and will not now be considering buying the alternative headstrap with built in battery as this item offers a perfect solution at a fraction of the price. I would highly recommend this item to anyone wanting improved comfort and if you need to add an extra power pack, a very neat solution to this issue too.

First of all, I was a bit sceptical about how much this would improve the stock strap. I found the stock strap to be fine for shorter gaming sessions. However, after using it for more than an hour or so, I would start get neck and shoulder strain from the weight distribution of the Quest 2 w/ the stock strap (i.e. constantly pulling down on the front of your face). This head strap has completely fixed that. I've been able to game until the Quest 2 battery runs out without any discomfort. The magnet is a little weak for a heavy power bank as they note in the description. However, the magnet also attaches to the strap with heavy-duty velcro. So if you have a power bank that is too heavy for the magnet, you can put a piece of velcro onto the power bank and attach it to the head strap that way. And they include a short USB cable to attach your power bank to the Quest 2. If you have a large head and are using over-the-ear headphones with your Quest 2, check to see how much more you can extend the ear cups. I generally use my Mackie MC-450 studio headphones, and my head is large enough that they are extended almost the entire way in normal music listening or PC gaming. With the padded head strap on the Quest 2, they just barely fit at full extension. Still completely comfortable, so I haven't had to switch to different headphones while playing. Just be aware that the thickness of the padded head strap might impact how your favourite headphones fit if you have a huge head like I do. Overall very happy with the padded head strap and it is a huge improvement over the stock strap.

From the moment I put my Oculus Quest 2 on with this stabilizer pad installed, I noticed an immediate difference; My Oculus Quest 2 finally fit my head appropriately without squeezing it and causing my head to pulse with one of the worst headaches I have ever had. Installation literally took me less than a minute. I currently do not have a power bank, but this came with so many nice magnets, plates, straps, and a decent cable for one now I'm actually considering getting one. (NOTE: The magnet plate for the battery pack is also removable, which is even better for those who haven't committed to a battery pack yet.) Overall, if I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so, so much for this simple, yet affordable and comfortable solution to my headache problem!

Ich bin durch ein Video vom YouTuber ThrillSeeker auf den Headstrap aufmerksam geworden, in dem erwähnt wurde, wie gut das Produkt für den Preis ist. Nach mehreren Monaten mit dem Headstrap bin ich selbst sehr von der Wahrheit dieser Aussage überzeugt. Da ich einen recht kleinen Kopf habe, bilden sich ein paar Falten im Headstrap aber das ist nur ein optisches Manko und da man seinen eigenen Hinterkopf im Normalfall eh nicht sieht, ist das völlig irrelevant. Der Magnetstreifen hält meine Powerbank auch bei schnellen Kopfbewegungen zuverlässig und sicher, den beigefügten Kletthalter für massivere Powerbanks musste ich bisher nicht verwenden. Das zusätzliche Gewicht durch die Powerbank erschwert meine Bewegungen auch nicht bedeutend, es soll ja ganz im Gegenteil quasi das Gewicht der Quest selbst ausgleichen und das tut es auch. Das Material ist sehr leicht biegsam und pass sich der Kopfform gut an, sodass beim Tragen nichts drückt oder unangenehm wird. Vor allem für den Preis ist dieser Headstrap eine perfekte Alternative für die Katastrophe, die sich Quest 2 Elite Strap nennt.

Bit odd to install, since the velcro is vertical while the headband of the Quest itself goes horizontal, so you have to look twice. But soooo comfy! Can't wait to use it to the fullest with a powerbank :)
