Do they come with instructions ? The front map light covers don't just pop off.

No instructions but there are YouTube videos that can help that's what I did.

does it work on 2020 corolla hybrid?

I bought them for a 2019 Carola SE, not a hybrid. They do not work for the rear licence plate lighting, as they were advertised to do. Which is a huge let down, a huge disappointment, and they have yet to reach out to me to fix the issue, and replace it with the correct light that to fit.
