Love this in our bedroom
Got this because toddler often falls asleep while we are reading books and wanted a way to turn off the light without moving them, and this did just that. It takes some getting used to in terms of the “sound” the clap should make but it works wonderfully and just what you’d expect

I know this is an older invention but it works great! No more having to contort my arm around the lamp shade- so easy to set up and use!

always wanted to own one of these ever since I watched Bruce Almighty as a child.It works remarkably well - one bit of advice though, if you do intend to use this in the UK, make sure you get a device that'll drop from 220v+ to 120v- otherwise the device you plug into it, will try and draw more power than this device can supply voltage wise, and it may cause an electrical fire!

Clap on clap off... So cool
Way cool, I remember adds for this year's ago, never thought I would have one. There are two separate channels for two separate plugs. Two claps for one amd three for the other. Very nice when you cannot get to the cord to turn off a floor lamp. One little problem is that whenever there is a series of two sounds there is a chance the unit will turn on or off. For example i had it on and my kid closed a two door cabinet in the kitchen first one then the other and the light turned off... Nothing major though. The hardiness far outweighs that problem.
