I needed a high current power supply for a next generation security camera. This unit is exactly what I was looking for. It's a high quality product offered at a great price. I did have some questions about a security camera that they offered and their customer service was excellent! They answered my emails with no waiting and I got all the answers I needed. I works ok for a few months, but after that, it heats up a little bit, and fails.

This was purchased a May 2017 it is now the beginning of 2018 February not even a year and this plug doesn't work I used it only for one item which was a small little Square security camera now it's flickering in the power tried a different plug on my camera I brought locally and the camera works it was not the fault of the camera it is just a Manufacturing defect on this plug I had plugs last me couple of years and I still have plugs from even 8 years ago still going hopefully this manufacturer will send me a second one and see how long that one last
