Can someone tell me if these are as good as Tombows Brush watercolor markers?

It depends on if you are looking for a tool for painting or calligraphy. Personally I use these Arteza for painting, and Tombows for lettering/calligraphy. But I don't necessarily want to use my Arteza brush pens for calligraphy, they're a bit soft for my taste in terms of that.

How long does it take the paint to dry?

Drying time would be dependant on how many layers you are laying down I suppose but, it dries quickly enough that I didn't have to wait for my next stroke. These pens are the best! The colors are very distinct and there are a wide variety of colors to choose from. I made a color chart as soon as I received my pens and all functioned perfectly. I did not experience ANY that were dry or damaged.

what is the best way to store real brush pens?

The case you can buy for them is really cool and I love it for portability. That being said I think storing them on their side or upside down would be better than upright as ink can sink to the bottom of the barrel resulting in a dry pen for a while.

How long is each pen?

I returned the product as I did not like them, but are pretty long, like an average pen especially if you put the cap on the end.
