These work great for fermenting!
These fermenting lids work great. I have a set of the wide mouth jar ones and they work so well that I purchased these regular mouth jar ones. Currently being used for my fermented ketchup that has a tendency to burn it a regular jar lid is even slightly too tight. Since they are silicone, they are non staining and I don't have to worry about outgassing or the acidy ferments damaging them and ruining my fermenting. They are way easier to use than standard fermenting lids. If I am making multiple versions of a certain ferment I can colour code it with the coloured lids based on the recipe I am using. Highly recommend.

Ok Kilner pour/ for 500ml wide mouth
Ils sont adaptés à mes bocaux Kilner large ouverture de 500ml. Je vais faire seulement des petites quantités de légumes fermentés. They fit my Kilner 0.5l wide mouth jars. I will only make small batches of fermented vegetables

Easy to use
Absolutely straightforward to use. Negates need for elastic bands and faffing about with cloth covers. Fitted 1litre Kilner jars perfectly. Different colours were helpful re fermentation timings. Good quality silicone. I would buy again.
