What is the gauge of the blade?

I pulled out my welding gauge feeler. It seems to be in-between 22 and 24 gauge.

Does this pizza slicer bend while cutting? I have used one that is bendable, and I want one that is extremely stiff while cutting

This one is very solid and stiff . In fact I have to toss the pizza on a cutting board when I square cut it as the rocker does not flex enough to cut it on the pan.

Is the rocker blade nsf?

There is no NSF stamp on it but I’d assume it would be. It’s made from food grade 18/0 stainless steel. I’d think that would be about as good as needed for sanitation.

It’s perfect

Just used this item for the first time today. Very impressed with how well it worked. I did find I needed a bit more pressure near the edges of pizza crust ( but I’m short so it wasn’t the cutter, it was me) so glad to have a cutter that works well, quickly, and does the job right.
