Worked surprisingly well. I only used the u-shaped wire cutter to cut one inch thick styrofoam with printed sign cutouts mounted to it. The cutter was easy to use and precise. It took a few tries to get the hang of, but I was very pleased. Stores in a small space and heats up quickly.

The short 7cm pen attachment stopped working a few minutes after the first use. Sent an email to the manufacturer asking them to replace the pen, and within a few weeks I was surprised to get a FedEx package with a whole new cutter set; not just a pen attachment, but a whole new set. Great customer service and no complaints with the replacement.

I made 2 decently sized projects with this before it stopped working due to a cord issue (it would heat up, but if I moved it, it would lose power). 1.) Made my son a portable terrain for an RC monster truck. 2.) Made approximately 12 large stalactites and Stalagmites for a stage production of The Hobbit. Really worked great until the very last stalactite. I liked that it came with replacement wire, which I did need at one point when the one it came strung with broke. Overall, a great value for a great machine. Just wish it lasted longer.

It stopped working after one use. The rods dont get hot anymore. I dont recommend this item

This item does okay job but it doesn't quite get hot enough to really do a good job cutting through the foam so if you're looking for something more efficient I would steer away from this item and look for something with higher temperature settings.

My first time to use a foam cutter. I used it to make decor for a spring fling and it was super easy. I highly recommend wearing a heavy duty mask as the fumes were too much. I made four large fence pieces with flowers and also a large butterfly to apply to a balloon arch backdrop. The tool worked perfectly. It is stored back in its box until next time. Happy with this purchase.

Appareil génial, régler le voltmètre pour chaque accessoires différents, il fait des formes au top pas toujours droit certes c’est dur de rester stable mais c’est mieux et plus précis que le cutter ou le fer à souder.
