What size are these? The size chart doesn't match. Are they for boys age 5-6.5 years?

no. they are for toddlers. fits my 2.5 year old 4 year old. they are size 7 and 8 shoes.

do these socks have grippers on tye bottom?

No grippers, regular socks. Hope it helps!

Would these fit a 3-year-old boy who wears Size 11 in toddler shoes?

my son is 3, but he wears a size 8. They fit him fine, but I think they would be small on a size 11. Also, they are not crafted very well. 3 socks already have holes. :(
