Does anyone know if it's supposed to say "medium firm" or "medium" what did yours say? Thanks in advance!

It is not medium firm topper supreme. It is medium topper adapt.  I received the item yesterday. returned it right away.

Returned it after one night, it felt like cheap 30 dollar topper. Paper thin once you compress it. Maybe it’s a fake, but it does not feel like a high end tempur-pedic.

Do you sink through it to your original mattress or does it seem to hold up and give good support?

It’s the best hands down topper .. I have scoliosis and screws in my knees ... etc ... it’s heavy so it doesn’t slip at all ... I love it ... you don’t sink in it ... it’s quality well known quality ... I have had mine for 4 years still holds its shape ... my mattress was a nightmare ... the only thing it cannot do is correct (as any topper can’t do) correct dents in the original bed .... my bed was on its last legs ... i was Major disabled for 2 years ... I had a dent in my bed from where I sat up to watch tv .. lol aka Mrs Bates dent ... it killed me made me sleep weird ... the topper however helped so much ... but if you Want something to “fix” a dented or worn mattress nothing really will ..it has THE BEST support and soft ! My 135lb mastiff sleeps on it with me ... I never feel her move ... and it doesn’t lose its shape ... it comes back to life as soon as you move ... the cover can be washed ... it expanded fast ... I love it ... finally bought a new bed ... so I’m getting a new one ... I don’t need it just want everything all new ... also 10 year warranty!!! Not many I looked have this at all ! Comes rolled in a box ... yes it holds up big time ... if I wasn’t getting a new mattress I would not be replacing it .. also I’m going to use it for some dog beds ... it’s still perfect :)

I was very disappointed with this topper. I have owned them in the past and had a very different experience. This Tempur-Pedic  Supreme topper is different, and no, it does not give support, at least not in my experience. I have a 10-year-old Tempur-Pedic topper, that is totally different from this one; it is still comfortable, and it gives you great support. I'm a small woman, (5' - 115 lbs.), and I still sank to the bottom. I returned it.
