Left in for 15 min and actually fried hair. Big long chucks came off, what's left is very dry crisp hair.

Q: Can I use pre condioner before using product?

I would not recommend washing your hair or combing it prior to using this product.

Sorry don’t know where that number is written, but it worked very well for me with no hair damage so I suppose it’s a mild level if that’s what those numbers means

The product is white color, used on dark blonde hair, did not color hair red

I put this product on one strand of hair, because I didn’t fully trust it. Good thing I did that it completely killed my hair and I could rip it apart without any force. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR!!!!
