I've been using this whitening gel for years and highly recommend it. You can see a difference after using them just once. I've tried both the mint and unflavored versions, definitely go with mint. The mint is a nice light flavor and leaves your mouth feeling fresh when you are done. Not a fan of the unflavored one. If you have sensitive gums or teeth make sure you do not leave this on your teeth too long! This is way cheaper than professional whitening and works well. Good product!
