For me, this is a great way to handle a blood sugar peak!
My blood sugar is normally just a bit above normal, but some meals will push it way up, to 180 or so. I can feel when it happens. I've found that this product, taken about 30 to 45 minutes after I eat something with too many sugars or carbs, will knock my reading down by 50 points or more, within a couple hours.
