The pills at most literally tastes like wheat. The coating of the capsules do NOT taste nasty or weird at all, I literally licked it and it tastes at most like oat or rice flour. You don’t taste it at all when you do swallow it fast with water tho. This is such a good bottle, it’s has 320 caps in there and for only $13 is a steal 😆 So an update: I literally only took 2 pulled yesterday since the day is ending and haven’t room any today, I checked how I smelled. I don’t stink at all, I can’t really smell maple syrup my my armpits slightly have this sweet smell??? Like only a small hint of it?!? I only took 2 pills and that’s the result I got. I even sniffed myself down there to check and it’s NOT my usual smell either, it’s slightly sweet but not entirely maple syrup. The instructions said to take 2 pills 3 times a day so 6, I only took a third of that. I’m probably just gonna take 4 everyday instead of 6 cuz this is some strong stuff, you get your results the literally next day 😭 plus these induce periods or make them come faster so I’m having some cramps rn and idk what’s going on. My actual period is supposed to come in just few days but I’m already having cramps today so maybe it’s coming sooner than I thought? Another symptom is my boobas are slightly sore, but they’ve been like that since yesterday. Record of days: Day 1: took 2 only since it was night time and day was almost over Day 2: took 4 Day 3: took 5 I can start smelling something from my armpits, I can clearly smell my own scent but they’re something sweet there. 75% myself and 25% foreign sweet smell Day 4: morning and I haven’t took any yet, OMG I SMELL SO SWEET AND ITS A LOT MORE PROMINENT THAT YESTERDAYS SMELL. My armpit and my down there, there’s literally a sweet scent 😭 I still taste the same so far so probably have to wait few more day for the scent to actually get stronger. Took 5 again. I the maple syrup smell isn’t strong but it’s obvious, if you smell it, you can tell it’s straight up maple syrup, it even just a subtle tone but it’s like if you poured the syrup on me. I still have to use deodorant(unscented) cuz I still stink from the literal bacteria that consumes my sweat, I don’t have any body odor at all. Once I got the deodorant on I stopped stinking and the maple syrup smell form my pits were way more obvious. This fenugreek does NOT stop body odor btw, so many ppl have been saying that and been misleading people. Day 5: took 4, I smell about the same. Not lighter, no stronger. I smell super fresh and so even I’m into myself when I smell myself 😭 the sweetness of the maply smell and the body washed mixed together is like heaven to my nose. Remember, you can only smell the best when you’re clean, even if you don’t wear deodorant, at least wash your armpit so you don’t get the bacteria that makes your pits stink. I’ve been taking it consistently enough I think 4-5 is my number and it’s been settling in my body the way it is and my body is used it now :) remember this varies a lot from person to person cuz there are reviews of people saying they stopped taking or took less because of how strong they smelled like maple syrup or they can’t stand the smell of it. To me it’s pretty light and sweet, not heavy, not strong, but obvious maple syrup smell if you understand 😍 I’m gonna update more until I reach day 7, my period is close, I need to know if it’ll do any good for me while I’m on my period. Day 6: my period came, I didn’t feel cramps at first when I woke up but it gradually got worse and I felt it. Cramps are completely gone after I took one single pain killer. Took 4 in total today. Day 7: the cramps are about not there, I didn’t need to take any pain killers today for it. Usually my period cramps are gone on the third day usually and this is the second day. Took 4 again. Feb 26 I just discovered my period smells like full blown just maple syrup now 💀 like I’m not even leaking blood, more like I’m leaking maple syrup out of my cooch. That’s how well it works 😭💀 I was showering and I realized what the smell is, I would’ve never noticed if it weren’t for that shower. Also I still have cramps, it was really intense yesterday, I had to take painkillers again. My cramps haven’t really gone away at all so there’s that. But these supplements really really work!!! And I’m super happy abt it, will be buying more bottles in the future :) Update: I forgot to add, this INDUCES period so you might experience your period more intensely or comes faster. The second time I had my period taking this I had a super heavy flow on the second day and then basically almost nothing the 3rd day I thought my period ended but it didn’t. It’s just super light on the third, most of the period stuff came out and really quickly on the 1st-2nd day. That’s my cycle usually and this fenugreek made it even more intense than usually 💀

I have a freezer stash now! This stuff is incredible. I’ve tried so many supplements, vitamins, lactation snacks, etc and nothing really worked for me. This is the only thing that supported and actually helped increase my breastmilk supply! I know Fenugreek can upset some people’s stomachs, hence also hurting their babies stomach through the breast milk, so I gradually added it to my routine. I did 1x at nighttime for 2 days, then 1x in the morning and 1x at nighttime for 2 days, then adding another before bed for 2 days, ending at 2x in the morning and 2x at night. Have had no tummy problems for me or my baby! Before, my daytime pumps were usually 2-4oz and nighttime pumps were 6-7oz. Now, my daytime pumps are 4-6oz and my nighttime pumps are 8-12oz! It’s insane! I even stopped taking these for two days just to see if there was a difference and there was a very noticeable decrease in my supply. Relatively easy to swallow. The taste is a little strong at first, but I think that’s just how those vegan capsules smell/taste. Overall, I will definitely be continuing this in my routine and will likely continue throughout my breastfeeding journey!

they were not lying when they said you’ll smell like syrup, for me the smell started coming around the 2nd week of me taking fenugreek but the smell does stop if you do stop taking fenugreek but overall my breast were tender, it wasn’t hard to swallow but still nasty and very good for my overall health

Bought this to help me products more milk whiles breast-feeding, and to exceed my expectations. I pump every two hours and was engorged by the time I was ready to pump again. Smell like herbs and capsule was more on the big size,

I gave it a three stars because of the way it smells. I only take two pills a day my pee smells like maple syrup. My breasts are tender, but it does have a funky smell to it. My daughter takes a different name Brand the bottle smells very sweet and she still gets the maple syrup smell. I’ve heard that if it doesn’t smell sweet, that means the product could be old. my bottle came smelling funky so I’m not sure.

In preparation for going back to work, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep my breastmilk supply up to keep up with my baby. I tried Motherlove More Milk Two Alcohol Free because Motherlove was recommended for increasing breastmilk supply in a pamphlet I got from my lactation consultant. It didn't work for me. So then I tried More Milk Plus Alcohol Free. That also didn't work for me. Finally after talking to a couple of people, they recommended Fenugreek, which I had read about before, but wanted to give Motherlove's More Milk product line a try because of all the great reviews I read. I ordered Motherlove's Fenugreek, and finally my breastmilk supply started to go up. Before Motherlove's Fenugreek, I was pumping every 2.5 to 3 hours on average and getting about 3 ounces total (1 to 1.5 oz on left side and 1.5 to 2 oz on right side). By the time I finished a 4 oz bottle of Motherlove's Fenugreek, I was still pumping every 2.5 to 3 hours but getting 4 to 5 oz total (up to 2 oz on left side and 2 to 3 oz on right side). I was worried about keeping up with my baby, but now my baby can't keep up with me. After using Fenugreek for about a month, I'll have about 2 dozen 4 oz bottles of unfrozen milk in the fridge on any given day and I now have almost 80 frozen 5oz bottles in the freezer, and running out of room to store any more! Note: Although your supply increases, it does eventually plateau. After finishing the Motherlove's Fenugreek, I switched to Nature's Way Fenugreek capsules because they're a fraction of the price, and you can take them with meals. Motherlove recommends you avoid water 20 minutes before and after taking their product. The Nature's Way capsules is maintaining my supply that Motherlove's started. In fact, now that I'm back to work, after my last pump in the morning, it will be 6 to 8 hours before I get to pump again at lunch at work, then another 4 to 5 hours after that before I get to pump again when I return home. I then pump every 3 to 5 hours from the time I get home to the last time before work in the morning. Even though I'm pumping less often than before (before it was after each feeding every 2.5 to 3 hours in a 24 hour span), I'm still pumping a very minimum of 5 oz total. For those the times I have to go longer between pumps (more than 6 hours) I will pump up to a maximum of 11 to 12 oz total depending on how long I had to go between pumps.

Giving 5 stars for price and product quality but it didn’t work for me. I started with the recommended dose, nothing was happening so upped it to 3 capsules 3x per day, still nothing. Last week of it I was taking 4 each time and nothing. I stopped taking it and produced 2x as much by the second day. Who knows what my supply would have been if I hadn’t started taking it lol. I brought my supply back from nothing to about an ounce a day before I started taking this, so I can’t contribute any progress to this. I will say you won’t know if it’ll work for you unless you try. Just didn’t work for me.
