DMSO products should be used on clean skin unscented soap and water, from what other products with DMSO share in their instructions. A small amount goes a long way. I used this to successfully remove arthritic pain in my bone on bone arthritic knee. but I also do other anti-inflammatory modalities such as no/very little sugar, PT Videos from YouTube to reduce knee pain as well as eating anything and everything I could that I discovered as anti-inflammatory foods. I was well on my way to reducing the pain when I added this and it took my almost pain-free knee to the next level! Now not only do I rarely have knee pain, but I consume almost no NSAIDs anymore. It is worth the money definitely!
