Container was all open and product spilled all over the delivery box. I asked for replacement by mistake, would like a refund instead

I loved the texture as i was looking for a thicker consistency body cream but i was not a fan of the smell at all. It smelt like an artificial, medicinal vanilla that didn't even really smell like vanilla. I was hoping for a light, sweet scent but i was definitely disappointed. I am currently layering this body cream with the bath and body works vanilla bean lotion and body cream and they work quite well together. I would not recommend buying this cream if you are looking to use it on its own. I did however find it quite hydrating but it was very sticky on my skin, i don't really mind but if you do i would not buy this product.

Perhaps my expectation was too high for this product, it leaves a residue on the skin like after scrub without rinsing.

As a body lotion, it's ok. It's moisturizing enough, although I found it a bit sticky. Also did not smell like dessert to me. In fact it smelled a bit medicinal to me, and a tiny tinge of vanilla smell.

Parfait j’adore cette marque et les crème sont toujours top et le pti plus elle est très vite absorbé donc pas d’effet collant. Je recommande.

Went to "buy again" the Body Shop stuff and it had quadrupled in price!!!!!. So I bought this stuff. Big jugs, good price. By far and away the best foot cream ever. It's like my wife's 63 year old feet have magically become 20 years old again. Yummy!! 10 stars!!
