Steamer button stopped working at first use
The steamer is good and convenient to use. However, on the first use, the steam button became loose and stopped working, which was disappointing. I guess I’ll have to make do with just the On/Off button now.

Scared to use it, horrible smell like it will explode on your hands
Scared to use it, the box was open when I got it. When I switched it on, the smell was like it would explode. Requested a refund.

The water tank leaks
While the product does a decent job, the mini water storage leaks making its use rather dangerous. I don’t know if this is a defect with mine or normal but would like to know as I’m scared to use it in case in causes electrical damage

I don’t think I received a genuine product. I used it just once and it spilled water all over the place. And the unit just wouldn’t heat, the light kept blinking even two minutes after I had switched it on. Returning this
