The IR Super Tac is an extremely high performance CR123A Lithium battery-powered h and held active illuminator. The illuminator features the latest in high power infrared LED technology for long range illumination combined with a push button momentary or constant "on" tail cap switch for one handed operation. The case is made using 6000 series machined aircraft aluminum with anodized finish. Deep-dish parabolic reflector produces a long range targeting beam with optimum peripheral illumination to aid in navigation. Light source is a High Power IR LED, 850 nm, shock-proof with a 20,000 hour lifetime. Optimized electronics provide regulated intensity throughout battery life. Up to 3.5 hours of runtime to the 10% output level. Features a removable pocket clip. This model fits Streamlight 69100 rail mount, not included. Also fits the Streamlight 75910 Holster, not included.

Great distance
Not tested enough yet, but is very far, tight beam and lives up to the 200 + yards. Did not have to order off continent or deal with no support or no response from "vendors", or wait for custom orders to be filled, e.g. T(series).However, it ships in plastic vac pak with the batteries already installed :(, and there isn't even a 3 cent plastic cap for the lens/head cap:(
