Easy and Fun to Use
We've had the rollator for a couple weeks now getting used to it, and it's really a lot of fun for mom to use. She loves how maneuverable it is, how easy it is for her to lock it, and how steady it is even when she's getting up or down on the seat. She's got osteoarthritis in her hands so having a rollator that locked easily was important for us. She's a bit too zippy now. I keep having to say, "Mom, wait for me!" but that really is a good thing. She loves it, and I can tell she's really enjoying her new toy. Her doctors' offices have been really interested in it too! We've had a few issues getting used to a different type of mobility item; however, overall, it's been a very positive experience. Prior to this my mother either used two canes (regularly) or a built up traditional walker (occasionally). This has been great fun for her, and it looks great too. It came quickly, and it was relatively simple for me to assemble. There's going to be one screw that's going to be a bit difficult to move later if I want to adjust the height, but since it's just for her, it should be ok.The only issue that we've had was the little elastic (it is used to hold it together when it's collapsed down) snapped (kinda my fault on that... I reminded dad it was there and then promptly forgot about it when I set it up for mom later). However, I just replaced it with a sturdy black hair holder. I put it on the handle when the rollator is extended open, and since, it's black, you really don't notice it there when it's not in use.I'm a little concerned that the top loops for the storage bag are elastic. You can't put heavier items in the storage bag, or they will snap. I nearly snapped them when I put mom's purse in the bag. (Her purse is rather heavy.) These should definitely have been constructed of a heavier material. I may loop a keyring around the plastic loops and attach it with those eventually. Also note that if you have too heavy of a weight in the bag while it's on the front of the rollator, it creates quite the rattling on the rear wheels. When we removed the heavy purse from the bag, and simply placed it on the seat, it immediately resolved the rattle. It actually rolls very quietly.

No regret
Our city has a huge festival in our park every year. I have taken the children every year but not last year. My legs began to hurt badly when I walked to long..the pain also went into my back. The children wanted to go so badly after missing last year. I began looking for something that would assist me but not cost me a fortune. I found OasisSpace on Amazon after looking at several retail stores. This walker was the best made and the best priced. The one thing that made me say "this is what I want" was It not only has a good size bag to put water bottles and my purse but it has a seat with a back to take a break which my legs appreciated. The area of this festival was grass and some dirt. The large rubber wheels worked as I hoped they would and there are brakes so no worries it would roll away. Amazon charged me for the shipment because I asked to have it delivered early. That was worth it.. Amazon had it at my door the day before the festival..no other retail or medical company could do that for me The children enjoyed 7 hours of fun at the park and went on all the rides. They were happy and so was i knowing that they had a good time. Now I know I have something to use to take them other places that require a lot of walking. I saw many people that were using walkers and I must say, mine was the nicest looking and as advertised no cords for the brakes. Lastly it is very easy to fold up for transporting and not so heavy that this 5' female senior can't lift it into the trunk.

good
I got this for a cane user. The good thing about this is that you can have two free hands and a place to put stuff so you can push it with you. No more having one cane in one hand and stuff in the other hand. The only downside is it’s big and wide. So you would have to switch to cane to get into some areas. You can’t take shortcuts or cut corners with it. Opening and closing the walker every time might be a hassle. In order to use it by yourself, I feel like the user would have to be a little strong, it takes good force to open it and push the chair down to lock it, then you have to double check the seat underneath of it’s locked, and the whole thing is a little heavy, etc. The user might need a helper if they can’t do those things. It does fit in the back seats of a 4 door car, but it fits exact, so it’s a bit of a tight squeeze. It wouldn’t be that difficult to get in and out if it was a bigger vehicle.I’m worried about the seating, like as if the threads might snap while you’re sitting in it. But I sat on it and it’s sturdy enough. I think it should be ok to use sometimes, like when you’re outside and there’s no seating. I wouldn’t sit on it all the time. The seat is narrow anyway, so when you sit, you are squished in between the handles already. The cane holder has a velcro attachment to wrap around the cane at the top. I would personally just get a wrist strap at the cane handle and wrap/loop that onto the walker handle instead. It’s less hassle trying to velcro and unvelcro each time. The handles, I wish there was a hole in it and it would lock in place. It only locks in place by pushing down this lever and squeezing it tight/friction. It still spins around a little bit despite being squeezed very tight. It might be an issue if you handle it rough.Overall, it’s pretty good. Does the job well.
