We take this garlic daily and have noticed a huge difference in how we don’t get sick as quickly or as bad if we do get sick. I think this is largely due to taking it as a preventative and not just waiting till we are fighting off a cold or flu. My husband also deals with some h. Pylori and has noticed this helps his stomach as well when taking it regularly.It is easy on the stomach and the pills are easy to swallow. They have little to no odor after taking it.
