It is half licence

Add on purchase any where it is licence only and reactivate on uyour computer not a primary licence key so iam not sure . It is orignal.

One can directly download the Tally setup from their official website. Once you receive the invoice in physical delivery, you need to confirm the same with the seller and they register your ID and password immediately. The whole process, though it takes time, is done professionally and the entire process is smooth.
