The product does not work as advertised, and the battery life is extremely poor. I am very disappointed with the overall performance. I requested a return, but the seller asked me to deliver the item to their warehouse, which is not convenient. I contacted Amazon several times to arrange a collection, but the issue has still not been resolved. Overall, a frustrating experience both with the product and the return process.

Update: Seller reached out and advised they thought we got one with a bad battery, they sent a new one quickly for free and it lasts Much longer and works properly now, I can confidently give it 5 stars, recharges quickly, lights candles and incense well, very happy with it and would buy it again without issue! I don't know if my wife received a defective one or if they are all the same but it works 15-20 lights and then it's dead, sometimes less than that, the battery meter shows 4 full bars of charge and then after you press the button and get 1 more light out of it, it blinks saying it's totally dead. Shelf life of the battery is terrible, she charged it, left it on her end table for a few days, used it 3-4x and it was dead. Does anyone know of a good one of these that Actually has a good battery in it?!

Worked better than I thought it would. I primarily use it to light the BBQ. Little tougher than a traditional flame light as you have to be a bit more accurate. But so far lasts quite awhile on a charge and keeps working. Was even able to light one of those wood wicked candles again more difficult than a flame lighter but not by much.
