I loved reading this book with my children at bedtime. There are many, many details for the kids to focus on and the storyline is easy to follow. The fact that the story made my children more curious about history was a great bonus!We find new details in the very well illustrated pages every time we read it. This book is well worth buying and keeping for a long time!
