Question 1

I have a sleep number with adjustable head and foot. Will this work on it when head and/or foot raised without comming off?

I have a sleep number bed and I use a heated mattress pad.  I don't go moving the bed up and down all the time.  I may put the head up just a dite when my allergies are really bad but that is is.  I have my bed set to 40 and 45.  I have used my heated mattress pad for years and have had no issues at all.  I even asked at the sleep number place about using one and was told I could.  I also place the plug outlets at the top of my bed because I have neuropathy and do not want my feet hot.  I much prefer the heat towards the top of my body where I am old and live in a cold state during the winters.  If one would think logically.......if you take a piece of wire and bend it back and forth of course there will be issues.  For someone like me that doesn't move my mattress all around the block, the heated mattress pad is fine.

I just out it on, there is no heat, it just blinks
Is this dangerous?

If your blanket control is blinking, please unplug from wall outlet and unplug cord from blanket. Then plug cord into blanket and then plug into wall outlet. This should reset blanket, if not, repeat once again.

The twin and double do NOT have dual controls.  Queen and king do.

can you use it safely with a memory foam bed topper?

We have used a Sunbeam Heated Mattress Pad over a 3" memory foam topper for almost 20 years. Not had a problem yet. The pad doesn't get hot enough to burn you, so it shouldn't get to hot for the topper. Our topper does have a 2" filled cover over it before the mattress pad.
