Very helpful for Medical School
Each chapter is nice and concise, which makes it easier to study

Too dense - Not so helpful for NBME Histology Shelf Exam.
This book is way too dense for this exam. This shelf exam is the least crammable IMO. Use HY Histo, look for the topics distribution and search some histology slides in google.
