I had been feeling sluggish no energy. I don,t drink enough water.....so I am trying this liquid i.v. and it has given me alot more energy! When I drink it I water i DEFINITELY feel the difference. I have bought the regular but it s a bit sweet for me. So I now buy the one with less sugar taste. In the morning I pour I packet in a 16 Oz water....it s so flavorful and I can feel the Hydration. Throughout the day I just drink regular water. For some reason it has curved my appetite. I like that!

I buy this oral iv therapy because I have the worst IBS and have had it for 4 years every single day. Many times I end up needing to go to the emergency room because I get so dehydrated. But ever since I found this product, I have found that I can hydrate myself easily at home with less visits to the emergency rooms unless I find myself in too much pain or falling behind in my hydration. But this oral iv hydration has been a life saver. I mix one packet with a bottle of 8 oz of water and mix well. I drink it slowly but drink over an hour or hour and a half. Sometimes I may need two. It dissolves very easily and it doesn’t taste gritty. The strawberry flavor is very tasty. I haven’t tasted the other flavors because my stomach is very sensitive but there are so many flavors to choose from. My daughter who has celiac disease also drinks this when her stomach acts up and she tolerates it well. I find it better than Gatorade or the other drinks that some of the hospitals recommend when they tell you to hydrate. I tell them all the time that I don’t tolerate the sugars in those drinks and it makes my IBS worse. I don’t have that problem with this oral rehydration drink. No fake sugars or any sugar at all but still tasty. It has all the electrolytes you need for replacement. It also has some vitamins in it too. I find the value to be cheaper here on amazon than in the drugstores because the bag comes with more packets per bag at a cheaper price. I usually buy three bags at a time and I have them on auto delivery because I use them every day. I even make some when I have to leave the house to go to the doctors office instead of plain water because like I said my IBS acts up every day and trying to avoid a trip to the emergency room or even an admission. I highly recommend these even if you have sudden tummy troubles or the flu or just need to hydrate on a hot day.

I really like this product. It works as described if you are looking for an electrolyte powder drink that truly hydrates. Then this is the product for you. I have ordered this product several times in a few different flavors. And I find that the taste is rather bland however It's not bad tasting to where you can't get it down. I usually try to just gulp it all down in one take because if you don't, you might stop drinking it because it does taste very bland but overall you will get an energy boost and you will definitely feel hydrated.

I am someone.who has health issues this taste way better than Gatorade So I do spend the money on it. It mixes well in my water unless the water is too cold then it takes a minute but the flavour is good. Can taste salty at times but not bad. I keep this in stock

This stuff is hydration magic! We are always at least a bit dehydrated, especially in the morning because we drink a lot of coffee and tea. We try to drink a ton of water on most days but it’s not always enough. Until I found this product. Once we tried it, I couldn't believe how well this worked. We bought a couple of other flavors to try at the beginning but we keep going back to the strawberry because it’s simply the best. In my opinion it’s best to mix with water at room temperature and shake. I appreciate that it doesn't have an artificial sweetener taste like many other products on the market. I carry a couple in my purse at all times now, and have a couple stashed in my car, too. I usually pack a medicine bag for my husband when he travels and always include a couple of packets for him. I would recommend this product time and time again.

It is a good product. Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product

I have tried a few different flavours of this product, as well as the Vitamin version, and have been thoroughly impressed. Liquid I.V. does what its competitors have never achieved for me - it has left me well hydrated, and perked me up a bit. I first tried these when feeling under the weather, and was able to notice the difference later in the day. Have since used during the UK's recent heatwave, some particularly long hikes, and after drinking. In all of these scenarios Liquid I.V. has performed exactly as it claims. The strawberry flavour is my personal favourite.
