Broken peice
We received broken peice and they don't have return policy. Which is strange 😦. We have bought that for our pet to travel internationally but when we received it was broken and there was no option to change it.

Me gustó mucho, había leído comentarios de que llegaban maltratadas pero en mi caso llegó en una caja muy grande y sin ningún daño, es fácil de armar y quedó perfecto para mi perra. Por el momento no le puse la puerta.

ボールで大喜び
しっかりとした作りで中型犬よりちょっと大きめな紀州犬でも楽に休まれるサイズで長旅にも良いかと…今まで使っていたものが少し窮屈そうだったのと、破損箇所があったのでおもいきってこのサイズのタイプを購入しました。ジムニーの後ろにギリギリ乗るサイズで(底が少し前方の後部座席の足の方にオーバーしますが、ドアは閉まる)今のサイズと凄く迷っての購入も早い納品と何よりしっかりとした作りに良かったと思ったのと、プレゼントのボールにワンコは大喜びした事です。サイズ違いが必要な場合はまた注文したいです。

Gute Verarbeitung
Der Hund fühlt sich drin sehr wohl. Die Box ist sehr stabil, riecht nicht, verrutscht nicht während der Fahrt und lässt sich einhändig öffnen und schließen.Manko: weder Griff noch Gurt zum Tragen vorhanden, es musste nachträglich von mir angebracht werden.Am Thema vorbei: Die Box wurde sehr verdreckt geliefert !! (wohl sehr lange ungeschützt gelagert worden)

My dog likes it already
I was worried it would arrive scratched or broken due to the carrier but it was in perfect conditions!Super easy to build.As of now I’m using the bottom part as bed base so my dog will get used to it for trips.The plastic looks really resistant and comes with a 1 year warranty sheet.Very satisfied! :)
