It’s size is perfect for 500 gram loaves of sourdough.
I use this when I bake sourdough loaves. I place it inside an 8 quart lidded pot. The slices bake well and if you grease the pan, they easily release. The slices are perfect to fit in a toaster. I always bake in a cold start oven which works fine.

Best Loaf Pan!
Not only pretty, but great for meatloaf and easy cleanup. My meatloaf came out perfect and for once the bottom didn’t stick and came out of the pan perfectly.

Lovely dish, worth the price
The best meatloaf dish I have owned. Fantastic even heating and the cleaning is much easier that metal pans. It is a beautiful dish with great color and craftsmanship. Well worth the price.

Really cute and so easy to clean
I love this baking dish nothing sticks to it and it’s the perfect size for me and my husband when making dinners. The color is adorable and you can tell It’s a nice quality dish that will last a long time. I plan on replacing all of caserole dishes with different sizes of these.

Beautiful Pan, But Slightly Flawed
You can tell it's handmade stoneware because this pan is slightly warped on one side. Not enough to bother sending it back, but not perfect either. It performed well, however, and I am willing to overlook the slight imperfection. But not enough to give it a 4 or a 5. The flaw should have been caught in quality control. Who knows? Maybe it was, and the pan was a second that was not disclosed. That would be dishonest as well as disappointing.

absolutely wonderful..
I bake at least one loaf cake a week and decided I would treat myself to this...absolutely wonderful...I will have to get at least another one. The cake shape is precise and the ease of the cake coming out of the pan was a 10!

Vielseitig verwendbar.
Ich benutze die Form zu Brot backen von 500 gr. Mehl. Die Form schaut gut aus, man kann sie auch für andere Dinge verwenden. Die Form sollte vor dem Backen sehr gut gefettet werden, sonst hat man beim rauslösen ein Problem!
