Hello, I’ve purchased this product and I don’t think this product would help keep someone off their side. I’m an RN and would suggest you buy a wedge to help keep someone off their side if attempting to prevent pressure ulcers. Best of luck to you!

Nothing says latex on it. But they do have a great return policy.as well as Amazon Prime!

I believe it is slightly higher than 4 inches... The dimensions should be listed in specifications

Is it possible to buy a replacement cover?

I don't think so. But what I do is throw a hand towel over it.
