It does wash off,but I put regular lotion on first.This let's the bronzer go on more smoothly and more even.It will speed up your tanning.

Australian Gold is a good brand.

Love the brand Australian Gold, the Accelerator served it's purpose. However when I received my order I had two different bottles same name on each, but I was not sure if one bottle was older than the other, maybe a new label. With no dates on the bottles I could not tell.
