Is this wedge compatible with the skywatcher az-gti mount?

Not without replacing the saddle locking screw. The screw it too wide which causes the AZGTi Mount to hit it.

Isn't this supposed to include a dovetail plate? My package did not include one.

Mine had a dovetail plate included. It measures about 2 3/4 x 1 3/8 inch and has a 3/8 inch tripod screw (will work with AZ-GTI). If you are getting this for AZ_GTI to use in EQ mode, you will also need to replace the know that holds on the dovetail as the handle is too big. I recommend going to Home Depot and buying an M8 socket hex cap screw, (M8 (1.25) x 14mm long).
