Great, strong resistance bands!
These are strong and perfect! Normally I can only use the Strong band, but with these I can even use the Light for some exercises, so good value. They are strong, length is good for me. Not too long like my old ones. Could be more clearly marked with the strong, medium and light. They do not slip more or less on leggings than any other. I like the strong resistance of them the best!
