very handy and nice tool

Unable to remove the carbide insert for indexing.
After using the small countersink, I tried to remove the insert screw. It is siezed in and the supplied torxs wrench just twisted and broke. I also broke two other torxs bits attempting to remove it. I even tried heat with no luck. As it is, it is just another useless tool.

Two out of three is a pass I guess.
Carbide inserts cut as expected in laser cut steel. The smallest holder however wasn't correctly set. Love the sturdy AV crate style case.Not sure how to rework the cutter as I'd like to not send everything back for an exchange.

Feeds and speeds
Depending on what diameter countersink you select knowing the rpms and z feed per minute determines the quality of the countersink. It would be nice if this company would include some basic feeds and speeds with each diameter of countersink as a starting point reference.
