Yes it works and also stop hair fall I been using this for a month and I see less loss and baby hairs all over

Can I use it as a leave in conditioner where I don’t have to wash it out after 15 minutes?

Yes. I use it to style my hair in a ponytail before work I apply it to all my rough edges and in the afternoon when I comb my hair down the edges feel moisturized and soft not oily at all. Also when I wash out the conditioner after I wash it I put a little bit only as leave in conditioner and it works good for me.
