Meredith, is this the same one you got for your dog last month???

I also am not Meredith, but she does seem like a savvy shopper. I can only assume that this is the one that she bought last month. If my name was Meredith, this is definitely the one I'd buy.

is this the 10 inch one with 5 squeakers ?

Yes this is the 10" one with 5 squeakers.

Does this toy have the 4 small squeakers and 1 big one?

How many squeakers does this 10-11" lambchop have?
