Good fabric and adequately "stretchy"
I am old fashioned (but more importantly) have no.... can you say ass in an Amazon review ? Okay let's go with butt. It does have stiff leather that is hard to get over buttons. The flip side to that is they stay on the buttons as well.

Breakable clips, first use.
The right clip broke the moment I put them on, the hardware seems cheap! Not even sure if I can bend the metal back without it losing its strength.
