The New GCSE Arabic Companion (9-1)

Honestly worth every penny. It’s actually saving my GCSEs!

This is a great resource for any second language Arabic teacher/learner to use as preparation for the Arabic GCSE/IGCSE (Second language). There are many units with lots of practice exercises for reading, writing and listening (listening files are separate but can be accessed for free via the 'interlingo' website). There are some points to be considered here: 1. This is not a self-study book. This is a teacher's resource so the learner will need a teacher to teach them this book. 2. This is not a book for a learner who has no background in learning Arabic. They should be able to read Arabic and have previously studied Arabic at a basic level. 3. There isn't an answer key (hence my previous comment), so again, you will need a teacher to check the answers to the exercises. 4. The book is in black and white which isn't much of a problem but for the price you would expect it to be in color.

I am an Arabic teacher, books are great, good quality and very helpful for my students year 8,9,10 and GCSEs

It's good for pre gcse and my daughter likes it
