Amazing supercharger kits if you can service them..

Excellent product, but they won't ship it to California? This is the same oil that came with my CARB-legal V3 Si kit. I can buy a complete CARB-legal supercharger kit, that includes 3 bottles of the same oil, delivered to my door, but I can't order the oil separately? Why does the oil need its own CARB # and how exactly am I supposed to service my head unit? No mention of this on the ad anywhere. My order just gets canceled after a few days.
