During the first week, especially the first couple of days, you might think this tea is bad because it can cause diarrhea. That’s true like many reviews here. However, after about a week, once your stomach adjusts, you felt lighter and more cleansed.”If the tea gives you bad diarrhea on the first day, take a break for a day or two, then try drinking it again until your stomach gets used to it.I’ve been buying this tea for more than a year, and I highly recommend it.

It works if you have metabolism problem. It causes strong cramps if you keep the tea bag for long time. You absolutely need to go to the toilet when it works. It works after 8-10 hours. I use it when needed as I have a slow metabolism. It cleans the intestines well. Very good for weight loss with diet and medium exercise.

Good taste but for weight loss
i really like the taste but its not for weight loss. it only helps to digest. Do not take it if you are going on a long journey because you need to go to toilet frequently. i am using it when i eat heavy meal so that it can help digest it easily

It works, but be prepared…
It takes approx 8 hours for me, so I drink it at 10pm and by 7am it begins, but it’s not over in one go, be prepared for 2 hours of back and forth, so don’t plan on going to work/being more than 2 metres away from the bathroom. There will be stomach cramping. But by lunching I am couple of kg lighter, stomach flatter, and good to go!
