Preferred Elements Keto Collagen Protein Powder with MCT Oil (Chocolate)

★★★★★I’ve tried enough protein powders over the years to know that flavor and mixability matter just as much as the ingredient label. You can have all the benefits in the world, but if something tastes bad or clumps every time you use it, it usually ends up sitting on a shelf.This one surprised me in a good way. It mixed extremely well, tasted great, and quickly became part of my regular routine. I found myself adding it to my coffee all the time, and that ended up being one of my favorite ways to use it. It blended smoothly without creating the thick, gritty texture that some protein products develop.As someone who trains regularly and has busy mornings, convenience matters. Being able to quickly add something that tasted good and fit naturally into my routine made a big difference.Five stars. Mixed easily, tasted great, easy to use, and worked perfectly with coffee.

After doing a lot of reviewing on collagen powders I decided to try this brand. I am so happy I did! I love the taste of both the chocolate and the vanilla and drink it every morning. I started using this at the same time I started my Keto diet and it has become my "new" favorite meal of the day. I add one scoop of chocolate Keyto to my unsweetened almond milk and it is heavenly! Nothing else needs to be added, it is already sweetened and has MCT oil already mixed in. Super easy! My husband likes coffee so he adds a scoop of the vanilla Keyto to his coffee every morning. I like to add a handful of blueberries or mixed berries to the vanilla Keyto when I need something fruity. It is very nice! I also add berries or peanut butter to the chocolate Keyto sometimes. Chocolate covered blueberries anyone? Double yum!!! And who doesn't like a Reese's peanut butter cup? Chocolate and peanut butter that is actually good for you? Oh, yes please!I have mild arthritis in my knees, neck and shoulders and have suffered for years with pain and swelling. I even went so far as to have injections in my knees a few years back because the pain was so bad. It did not help! One week of cutting out carbs and drinking Keyto everyday and I feel like a new woman. I am absolutely serious! My husband had these weird scaly bumps spreading all over his arms and legs and we have no idea what that was. I say was, because they are now gone. He had hundreds of them. His skin was obviously being deprived of something and adding Keyto collagen was his only change. I am so thankful for Keyto. It has been a life changer for both of us.The taste is fabulous and the benefits are AMAZING! I WAS NOT PAID TO WRITE THIS! I PAID FULL PRICE! I WILL KEEP BUYING KEYTO BECAUSE IT WORKS!!!

I didn't like that the container wasn't filled to the top. That's the 4 stars. But, it's better than what most reviews had. The taste in coffee is not bad, but it's not something I would like everyday. I can't wait to throw it in a smoothie. It has a very mild back flavor almost a licorice type of cool flavor but it's so mild, I'd be Nick picky to complain about it. I hope it does what it should for my joints, hair and nails. Weight lost would be a plus because I need 15 pounds gone. I will update if I notice a change in my knees when I walk down the stairs. I'll give it a couple of weeks. For taste a thumbs up for now.UPDATE: I almost forgot to update. Oh my goodness, after a week and a half, I promise you I felt a difference in my knees. I can walk down the steps without feeling like my knee cap is clicking or hurting. It has to be this stuff. I have NOT changed anything in my life except added this. It tastes very good in milk. Tastes like chocolate milk or hit cocoa. I have tried with almond and regular milk. Both are great. I don't use a whole scoop. Just shy of a full whole scoop and it balances the flavor that I don't taste that light licorice-like after taste. I made a smoothie with it, frozen strawberries, almond milk, kale and a banana. Yummy! Definitely going to order again. I don't see a weight difference. I KNOW I eat too much for this to make a difference LOL. I'm grateful for the knees feeling like new!! I'm 52, I look 32 so those knee issues were bugging me.

So I think after my third bottle of this stuff, I can really make a legitimate review of what I think about the product.First, I can’t imagine going about my day without first drinking my coffee with this protein powder. Not only is it great that it has collagen but it also helps curve the hunger in the morning, making my coffee an energizer and helps me drag my breakfast a little longer until lunch.Second, the flavor is amazing. It doesn’t taste like you are drinking protein shake, it doesn’t leave an after taste, it’s like drinking mocha latte if paired with a latte. If you want to do without coffee, then pair it with your preferred milk and add some peanut butter and voila, taste like heaven in a cup. (Also, I’ve tried the vanilla and I prefer the chocolate way better)Third, I like that the bottle is slim and not bulky and I can take it with me anywhere. Also, I don’t take two dosis of this so for me it can last about a month.Last but not least, I’m all about collagen and good skin and etc. I have to say that this has helped a lot with my skin, my nails and my hair. can’t believe how fast my hair has grown until I go back to see my pictures and I’ve actually had trims in between too. This taste so good that I don’t even notice how fast I finish my morning coffee. Also, did I mention it comes with a scoop inside? And as of now weight loss, I can’t proof that it was this product that helped because I was doing dieting at the same time I was drinking this but for some reason, whenever I start my day with this, the rest of the day, I’m more careful and reluctant to eating unnecessary junk. Could be mental conscious for me but who knows? I would recommend this to anyone and actually recommended a few of my friends and family.
