These are great, just make sure you don't do the silly thing I nearly did, and only buy one, you need two, something confused me into nearly making that mistake (can't remember what it was) Okay lets get down to business - the quick adjustment is a game changer, and has made a huge difference to my fitness level - lets be honest, most of us cannot be bothered fiddling around with dumbbells on/off and just end up sticking to some sub-optimal weighting cause its easier. - they are good heavy duty quality, I have had these one year and banged them around a fair bit, they still look new and have not blinked in terms of useability. - the build quality is great, they feel very good in the hand, the grip is comfortable and just right, you get the impression these have been through a good few quality assurance iterations to arrive here - Safety, these are very safe, however there are few things you can do to really project yourself and not act the mick, like don't hold the weights upside down (thats just silly), and alway when lifting from holster, make sure you're not half pulling an extra weight you should not be (its rare, and usually happens due to using strange angle on your trajectory to release) Bonus tip, if you cannot be bothered buying a stand (like me), than that covid office chair is going to do job fine. Seriously, these are great weights, and would expect them to be a game changer for you, as they were for me. Finally getting really good results - what more can you ask for?

These are extremely well made, a really high quality. The selector dile has a very positive click between weights and it is safe as you depress the red button to use it then the dial locks in place ready to lift. The weights are held secure during exercises and do not rattle about. Selecting a different weight takes about 5 seconds. Highly recommended

After doing a few sessions with them I've absolutely fallen in love! As you can see they are rather bulky which does take some getting used to. I find the system used to switch weights to be good and safe. It provides a quick change between weights. Please note, if you live in an upstairs apartment with neighbours below you it can be a bit noisy when changing weights but after that it's quiet. The base it comes with **can do damage to your floor!!** I have scratches on my floor from dragging it across my living room when I got them out of the box. Luckily I am due to get new flooring. I also put some of those soft pads that are for furniture under the base and will no longer be dragging it. I have quite small hands and found these easier to hold compared to my standard hex dumbbells (the ones with the metal handles). These handles are slightly narrower in circumference and have some grip to them. I also find it easier when having to hold with two hands in exercises that require one dumbbell. It takes some getting used to when doing glute types exercises such as hip thrusts, it can feel a little uneasy at first but I had a towel underneath and was soon able to get them stable enough that I did not need to hold onto them when doing the exercise. One of my worries was having to use these in overhead exercises such as skull crushers ect. However it felt completely safe and secure. Overall I highly recommend the investment if you're super into hypertrophy or strength training and are looking to save space. P.S. The reason why I don't give these a full 5 stars is because they were so much cheaper on Ebay!! The only reason why I ordered on Amazon is in case I would need to return them for any reason! Coming from a set of cheap dumbbells these feel like a premium quality piece of kit. Firstly, the ability to easily change the weight of the dumbbell opens up your ability to quickly change the type of exercise you are doing. But simply placing the dumbbell back and rotating the disk I can switch for curls to overhead tricep extensions in seconds. The handle is also incredible comfortable compared to my previous set. I used to wear gloves or add padding to the handle due to rubbing, but these are pretty much perfect and do not hurt at all. Initially i did have some concerns if the weight mechanism could have safety issues if one fell off, but there is a safety device that lock the weights securely in place. Finally, the fact that this is dumbbell set is so compact makes it so useful in my small home. My wife hated my weights around the house, now these sit under my desk and it takes up a fraction of the space. Overall, I highly recommend this set. It looks and feels like a professional dumbbell set, which is very versatile and incredibly easy to store.

I have been purchasing a few gym equipments recently. Focusing on space saving items because my apartment is small. This was another one added to my mini gym. Arrived much sooner than estimated delivery time. Functionally it is perfect. Easy to adjust the weight. Never got stuck or jammed. Even has a satisfying click when adjusting weight. I genuinely love it and a must have for small gym. Saves a lot of space also saves time adding and removing weights. Also you don’t have the problem with the bolt loosening and the weights start moving freely. The one complaint I have, which may not be a problem for most, is the handle. Not the best grip. Just doesn’t feel great to hold. I have to wear gym gloves to overcome that, but personally I don’t like to wear gloves. But certainly, with gloves, it is perfectly fine to hold. Also the base feels a little underwhelming. Could have designed it better just to improve the image of the product.

Fairly easy to adjust weights. Decent quality. Would recommend for a good price.

Not my first selector dumbbells but far superior to the others I've had. Weight selection is easy, grips are comfortable and the overall quality is great. I'd highly recommend these. There are issues to these dumbbells that are subject to individual preference: the first is the stand that they come in. The recess for the discs to slide into is too shallow in my opinion. It means that the discs can move around and can make it difficult to slide the dumbbell back in after use. The other issue is that the discs, although secure when selected, they rattle during set movements. I personally don't like this and it's why I love hex dummies, but for space saving you can't beat the selectors.

Très content de ces haltères. Le réglage du poids fonctionne très bien un peu grand mais on adapte les mouvements en conséquence. Même mon fils du coup les utilisent.

Ottimo manubrio! La caratteristica che lo rende un 5 stelle è la velocità. Posso passare da un esercizio (come il curl bicipiti) a un altro (come gli squat) che richiede un peso diverso, in meno di 5 secondi. Questo è essenziale quando si fanno circuiti o super-set. Pesa quanto promesso ed è molto bilanciato. Se cercate efficienza e risparmio di spazio, non esitate.

I have had these for a while now. They are sturdy and have a decent amount of adjustability to handle most sets. The ONLY real problems I see with this are the holders and the bulk. You can't really avoid the bulkiness on the adjustables, so that is not critical, but it is an issue. The holders? They aren't good. They hold the dumbells just fine, but they aren't the easiest to get the them in when they are on the floor. So I give them 5 stars for being what I though they were going to be and not dissapointing.
