What’s the amperage output?

This splitter is for low amperage, looks to be 18awg, I'm using it for a 12volt10 amp dc power circuit with no wire heating problems.

Will this splitter work on a harbor freight security camera dvr?

This item is for the power for the cameras. It has nothing to do with the dvr, unless you want to also power the dvr, but the dvr should have it's own power supply. You use the splitter to enable multiple cameras to receive power from one power supply.
