Wish I had found this product earlier.
This is the best I have tried. Flavors are great. Tried them all and by far the Black pepper is my favorite. Just a little goes far. Quality product. on my third order, mine and two friends who grill a lot.

Allegro is the quickest way to make addictive beef jerky
Im going to rate based on past Allegro purchases. I've always loved Allegro since I discovered it for jerky back in the mid 90's But I did not get to use my last purchase because unfortunately the product came broke and I got a refund.

Love these marinades. We used the Hot and Spicy on chicken and marinated it in the refrigerator for 48 hours. It was yummy and must do again. We used the Hickory Smoke on a lesser cut of steak and marinated it for 12 hours. It was tender and a great flavor. Definitely would purchase again.

Good product. Poor packaging.
This is a great tasting marinade, which I have ordered before. However, today it arrived broken, leaking all over the outside of the box. I'm having trouble requesting a replacement. It is not acceptable to have these bottles arrive broken and leaking and not be able to ask for them to be replaced. The product is good, but packaging and delivery is poor. Please address this issue.
