Metric. The M in M12-1.75 means that it is a metric thread. It is 12mm diameter with a 1.75 thread pitch.

I live in new york, and it's showing for the m10x1.5x250mm listing that delivery is around march 28 - 29? is this shipped outside of the us?

Mine came within a few days in July of 23.

I don't know if these are really M14 x 2.0 thread pitch. I've purchase two different packs of m14 x 2.0 nuts and nothing seems to fit. Any ideas?
