I can't find a "Best if used by" date anywhere on the package. Anyone know how long it maintains freshness when stored properly?

My package doesn't actually say "best when used by" but it does have "011021A stamped on the very bottom, which I take to mean it is good until January 10, 2021. I could be wrong about that, but my package will be used long before that date. I ordered it at least a couple months ago.
