Both my sons have been taking this supplement since they were 13. They take it each morning with their cod liver oil capsules. It helps them with their development and energy. Both find it easy to swallow even though the tablet is quite large. Both boys have gone through the teen years with minimal skin issues. The quality of the product is quite easy to see with the way in which it is easy to take and does not cause indigestion. There is no real smell which always helps with children.
